Our People

With over 600 people in our team, we know how important it is to have great people with a wide range of skills and experiences. At Trivett, we focus on developing our people and ensuring we have a great workplace. Our training is excellent by industry standards and in addition to specific manufacturer training we offer a range of in-house programmes including our own Leadership Development Program. Our team facilities, working conditions and benefits are broad and encompass discounts, family friendly information and benefits and a broad range of wellbeing initiatives through our Trivett Corporate Family programme. In return, our people take pride in their work and strive to deliver the best possible service.

We ask for feedback and act upon it - whether it’s from someone who left school and joined us as an Apprentice and is still here 15 years later or from someone who only joined us last week. Each year we recognise our loyal team members by providing those who have achieved a milestone anniversary (i.e. 5, 10, 15, 20 years) with a gold lapel pin with gemstone at a special award night. Our team love these pins and wear them with pride.

Our current sponsorships and organisations we have supported over the past 12-months include Sydney University Football Club, Rotary Parramatta, Sony Foundation, Wimlah, The Curran Foundation and the Greater Western Sydney Giants, Salvation Army (Christmas and Winter Appeals) and the Cancer Council (Daffodil and Pink Ribbon Days).

Trivett Women

Trivett Women was developed to improve the experience and empower women in the automotive industry - whether they are an existing or potential customer or employee. Trivett recognises that because the automotive industry is male dominated, some women may feel uncomfortable when buying, selling or servicing their car, equally they may feel uncomfortable about potentially
working in our industry. But our industry is fun and buying a new car is exciting!!

To help us achieve our objective we have undertaken the following:

Showroom upgrades to ensure facilities are female and family friendly;
Gained an Industrial Relations exemption to recruit specifically for female sales consultants;
Created a dedicated Facebook site for women to share experiences and advice;
Set targets to increase our numbers of female employees and we have been gradually improving over the last few years;
Hosted fun (female only) information evenings so you can learn more about your car.
