We ask for feedback and act upon it - whether it’s from someone who left school and joined us as an Apprentice and is still here 15 years later or from someone who only joined us last week. Each year we recognise our loyal team members by providing those who have achieved a milestone anniversary (i.e. 5, 10, 15, 20 years) with a gold lapel pin with gemstone at a special award night. Our team love these pins and wear them with pride.
