Following the appointment from the Harley-Davidson head office in Milwaukee, USA, Trivett has brought its years of experience in customer service within the automobile industry to this icon of the modern era.
To provide additional support for the Harley brand as a whole, Trivett, on the basis of its firm reputation and strong track record, was the only new appointment in Sydney as an approved Harley - Davidson factory dealer.

Trivett Harley-Davidson's Sydney showroom and Service centre is located in a new state-of-the-art facility in O'Riordan Street, Alexandria, which officially opened its doors in September 2007. The new showroom is more than just a dealership, sales floor and service workshop - it's a factory brand centre, where everything Harley-Davidson is on offer.

From authorised parts and accessories, to authentic Harley-Davidson gear, everyone's tastes have been catered for.

Proving its unwavering commitment, investment and support for the Harley-Davidson image, Trivett has appointed renowned Motorcycle industry identity Graeme Wilshaw to head up a highly skilled and experienced staff.

The team of fifteen passionate motorcycle enthusiasts has over 100 years combined motorcycle experience behind them.
Graeme, a highly respected road racer and television commentator, has been involved with setting up and executing the whole philosophy behind the new flagship store, creating a customer friendly environment - somewhere you can hang out and stay in touch with the latest goings on at Harley-Davidson and a central place to meet friends before embarking on your favourite ride.

The new facility is a long way from the small, interim showroom in Waterloo and is a testament to Trivett's investment in the Harley Global Network.
