Our People

With over 1,200 people in our team, we know how important it is to have great people with a wide range of skills and experiences. At Trivett, we focus on developing our people and ensuring we have a great workplace. Our training is excellent by industry standards and in addition to specific manufacturer training we offer a range of in-house programmes including our own Leadership Development Program. Our team facilities, working conditions and benefits are broad and encompass discounts, family friendly information and benefits; and a broad range of well-being initiatives through our Trivett Corporate Family programme. In return, our people take pride in their work and strive to deliver the best possible service. We ask for feedback and act upon it - whether it’s from someone who left school and joined us as an apprentice and is still here 15 years later or from someone who only joined us last week. Each year we recognise our loyal team members by providing those who have achieved a milestone anniversary (i.e. 5, 10, 15, 20 years) with a gold lapel pin with gemstone at a special award night.
